At Catchcraft Networks Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality networking and surveillance products including routers, switches, CCTV systems, cables, and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
• The product was delivered damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The product is missing parts or accessories
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Product must be in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included
• Serial numbers must match our records
Catchcraft Networks reserves the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Software licenses
• Downloadable digital products
• Opened networking cables or connectors
• Products damaged due to improper installation
• Customized or special-order products
• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sale (unless defective)
3. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products
If a product is dead on arrival, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
• Order ID
• Product images
• Unboxing video (if available)
Once verified, we will arrange:
• Replacement of the product
or
• Full refund if replacement is unavailable.
4. Replacement Policy
Most networking equipment (routers, switches, CCTV cameras, etc.) comes with manufacturer warranty.
If a product develops a fault after installation:
Customers may need to claim warranty directly with the brand manufacturer such as:

• D-Link
• Cisco
• Hikvision
• Dahua
• MikroTik
• Ubiquiti
• Netgear
Our team will assist with warranty support if required.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued via:
• Original payment method
or
• Bank transfer
Refund processing time:
• 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
6. Return Shipping
• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will arrange pickup at no cost.
• If the return is due to customer preference, the customer must bear return shipping charges.
Products must be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit.
7. Order Cancellation
